I work at Stanley St. Wellington, a creative agency that works with a range of clients, including government, on behaviour change efforts.

I can be on a number of projects at one time, all tackling a different behaviour. One day I may be looking at health and wellbeing of individuals, the next it might be an environmental movement.

I am lucky because I get to go on a journey with each client and the wider agency team on each project and oversee it end-to-end. This means I get to see the magic of each area of agency life (media, strategy, creatives, account management).

A lot of the work I do intersects between marketing, social marketing, psychology and behavioural economics - meaning I am constantly learning about humans and their behaviours!
