I work at Special New Zealand from our Wellington office. We are a full service creative, strategic and advertising agency. I am also one of the leads of Special Aotea, our internal initiative to ensure all the work we do authentically represents te ao Māori. I'm passionate about creating pathways for more Māori to enter our industry and making our industry more inclusive and a place that upholds our obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
