I work for TRA, a market research agency that helps clients better understand their consumers (or potential consumers). I've worked on projects ranging from the government sector to Red Bull and ASB, each involving in depth conversations that help to provide rich insight into key audiences. This work involves focus groups, in depth interviews and online research, amongst other methodologies.
