I work at Special Auckland, a creative agency that develops advertising, design and communications for brands. I've helped create work for commercial and not-for-profit clients including Contact Energy, The Collective, Burnett Foundation Aotearoa, and Family Planning. Prior to Special I worked in CX Strategy, for clients like McDonalds and Vodafone. My role as a strategist involves diving deep into the challenges faced by our clients, the people they want to reach, and the current trends and themes in culture or their category. From this, I can then offer clear recommendations on creative ways forward for them. I can share insight on what it's like to find your feet as a strategist in an agency.
