I have worked as an Information Technology Business Analyst for retail clients across geographies such as USA, UK, India and currently in NZ at Contact Energy.
I have worked in a diverse range of areas from ranging from supply chain management, which involved ensuring that the shelves of a store always have the right amount of stock, so that a customer who walks into a store does not return empty handed, to digital transformation programs to provide a smooth and seamless experience to customers browsing a website or app.
Moreover in all the projects, the development team was based in India, which helped me master the art of working in an 'Onshore-Offshore' model where good communication skills and transparency in work plays a very important role .
My experience means I can share detailed insights into how an IT Business Analyst can work with with wide range of stakeholders and then document requirements and business processes in a simple to understand manner.
