I work at Clemenger BBDO Wellington as a Group Business Director - a senior account management role. I started my career at ‘Clems’ through the Graduate Programme, growing to lead some of our major clients and pitches. In 2021, I returned like a boomerang to the agency after a few years working in Toronto, Canada at Juniper Park \ TBWA.

My experience is within creative agencies, and my role is to partner with clients to lead the client and agency team forward through the the process of identifying and solving problems.

This requires being a solutions-focused systems thinker by deciphering the big and complicated and turning this into manageable and integrated programmes, which drives behaviour and delivers results.

My experience covers everything from government work on Waka Kotahi’s road safety programme, to Stats NZ’s census, IR’s tax transformation, brand work on Toyota’s CX, Tuatara Brewing’s rebrand, and international experience on the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s brand and product work, as well as Capital Group’s (a $2T investment firm) consultation service and ultra high net worth division.

My experience means I can share insight into building client partnerships, delivering on a strategic vision through execution, pitching, working in NZ and international markets, and the internal workings of a creative agency.

Put simply; my role as a Group Business Director is to be the glue and the connector that brings people together to create great work, that works.
