I work as a Junior Designer at Bastion Shine, a creative agency that combines design, advertising, experiences, strategy and more to create meaningful growth for our clients. I work on a lot of campaign roll-outs (billboards, social media, digital content), as well as material for events, collaborations, and out-of-the-box projects too. Some of the clients I work with often are Air New Zealand, Whittakers, Spark and ASB. My experience thus far has given me insight to the workings of an agency, the connectivity of the design industry and the skills needed to succeed as a beginner.
